    Tear down and replace existing porch. Leaking
    $12,000

    Nick replaced and entire porch for me. A few later the roof is leaking the same place it did when I hired him. He charged me thousands. I called him and he said to me " oh well "

    Chomin Builders truly do stand behind their motto: "The art of craftsmanship excellence". I am thrilled at the renovations and additions that were completed on my home. It was a retro-style 60's house when I purchased it five years ago, and in a matter of one month my home has been transformed into an upgraded, elegant yet casual contemporary home. I am still amazed at the designs and unique craftsmanship. Nick Chomin, the owner even designs his own cabinetry so no two customers ever have the same designs! I love my stone cemented Roman style bathroom!! I couldn't wait to show my home to all my friends and neighbors, so I had ANOTHER house-warming party because it truly is just like living in a brand new home!
    You guys made my dream come true, so again, THANK YOU!!

    Nick Chomin and his workers recently renovated my mother’s home and mine. I absolutely love the work they did and highly recommend them! From the demolition to the installation to the detailed finishing touches, I was wowed at every milestone. They are an efficient and talented team. They made great use of the space that was available and increased the value of both homes significantly. There seemed to be no limit to the work they can do. Their team of subcontractors, too, were licensed, insured and an all around good team. I am very happy with the finished products and will use them for any future work, whether small or big.
