    Stick built house
    $350,000

    Steven talks a big story about how he is going to get your house done quick , right until he gets his hands on your money . He uses your money to pay for other projects that he has spent the money on . When he does do work , it is ALL sub-par , he is always over promising and under performing . DO NOT go any where near him , especially don’t give him any of your money . The sub-contractors he does hire , he doesn’t pay . Do a court records search for yourself , Silver creek custom homes was his company name before he tried changing it so the courts didn’t know where to find his money .

    Stay away from this guy and anyone he's affiliated with! He was our general contractor for our modular home. Our money was used to fund other projects and we ended up needing to get a lawyer involved to pay the companies he outsourced to because he never paid them and they were coming after us for payment. He's not an honest person and his craftsmanship is extremely poor.

    Took 15 months to build a crawlspace and set up a septic system. Nothing but lies and excuses while I was stuck paying 2 mortgages for 9 months longer than I expected. Took a down payment for the septic and did nothing for 6 months, used our money to fund other projects. Owner is a thief, a liar, and is currently being sued by 3 people. Don’t give him your money, he shouldn’t be building bird houses.
