The company is very professional and works close with you for the duration of the renovation. They were able to listen to my ideas and were able to build off of those ideals and brainstorm with what best suits my living space. All my questions were always answered truthfully and honest. All repairs were made I a timely fashion. I was able to be provided any updates. All responses were prompt. Excellent company. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Sorry for the late review but in 2016 my parents had work on their house completed by this company. Two men came and worked on two holes in the wall on the first floor and second floor of the home. Unfortunately, it seemed sketchy and like it was a side job (coming after other jobs, late hours, demanded cash payment up front). Both contractors had no clue what they were doing ultimately costing my parents 100's of dollars. My mom is a kind woman who treated them like guests in her home, cooking for them each time they came, made sure they had water and were taken care of and she was treated very poorly. After years and feel taken advatange of, my mom had someone else come out and do the same work that they claimed would take a week to fix in one day. Turns out they completely botched the job. They cut a 2x4 and placed it behind drywall in order to "support" the drywall. Both of the men had no idea what they were doing. I believe one of the worker's names was Chris. I'm all for supporting BOB's but it's really ashame that his happened and was not resolved despite her multiple attempts to contact the company.

I have used Chosen Restoration for multiple jobs as well as other family member. They were always prompt and stepped us threw everything. We were pleased with every aspect of the services they offer

Awful! Run! Did not keep their word to handle insurance. Only interested in quick payment therefore won’t take time to explain thoroughly what insurance will/won’t cover. Didn’t care about protecting my furniture or items. Threw things wherever. Said they would handle insurance didn’t, abandon the job when I wouldn’t sign the entire check ove before the work was completed. : I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... RUN, SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. FIND A COMPANY THAT STANDS FOR QUALITY. Don’t be fooled by the Bible verses on the business card/trucks.

I was recommended to use Chosen Restoration when my father passed away, and we needed to remediate his apartment. They were at the apartment within 20 minutes of the original phone call. The crew was compassionate and thorough, he walked me through the process and the work was complete within the next 2 days. I am so thankful I was put in touch with this company and would recommend them to anyone.. Professional and prompt..

I can say I have had the pleasure of working with CHOSEN RESTORATION for water damage in my kitchen, and a new roof. We worked with many of the CHOSEN companies and we are PLEASED with the work and results of every project. We continue to use CHOSEN LANDSCAPE for our lawn and snow removal needs. The service and staff at CHOSEN RESTORATION is superb! If you have any Water, Fire, Mold, and or smoke damage don’t hesitate to call CHOSEN! You want a job done right choose CHOSEN!

Terrible. Came in and tore out my bathroom and kitchen, throwing away items that I now need to purchase again (like my kitchen sink!) telling me that they'll handle the insurance company, then the rep who came in was fired, and Milton said that he'd 'see what he can do', never showed up again, never returned my boyfriend's calls. The insurance didn't cover HALF of what they ripped out of my home, they kept saying that they'll deal with the insurance company, and didn't. Save yourself time and money, do not call this company.

I wrote the review on November 16,16 I was a very upset and displease consumer. Milton Jr and I talked, Finally the other day Mr. Milton came to my home and repair everything so far no leaks in my basement and also he fixed the faucet. Also Milton Jr assured me everything he did in my home was reported to the insurance company. Now my family and I are very pleased and happy to take showers once again. Like I stated I love supporting black owned businesses. I pray that God gives him all of his hearts desires according to his will. Be Bless

Great Company. I have used Chosen multiple times and I have always had great experiences. They were very attentive and made the process from calling the insurance company to the clean up very smooth. They were very prompt and got the job done in a timely manner. Very professional company.

First I'd like to say that Chosen Restoration has been the BEST contractor We've had the pleasure of working with in many years. Everyone knows finding a reliable and professional contractor these days can be very difficult. Finding one that is committed to seeing the job completed in a timely fashion is even more difficult. When faced with an urgent situation, anxiety is a natural reaction, but the initial consultation left us reassured that all would be taken care of and that we had nothing to worry about. The quick response, professional demeanor of the employees, and commitment to a timely completion was impeccable! Our Thanksgiving was HUGE success!!! All-in-All, we are certain that we have, "Chosen" the RIGHT contractor. Thank you so very much!!!!

Reps were great during the leak process (clean up). I figured it would be best to have them complete the restoration process. Unfortunately- once they got the check .... They did a poor job and created more damage. They promised to address the multiple issues but didn't. They stopped responding. "IF" you choose to use them- DON'T PAY until the job is complete. Also - be prepared for them to damage/break things as they "restore" your home. They are HORRIBLE at scheduling as well.

I highly recommend working with Chosen Restoration. We had a leak in our kitchen, they came right in and helped us through the entire process. While dealing with an inconvenience it's nice to work with a company that helps you and gets the job done right!

Great company. Very professional. Explained each step of the process thoroughly. Turned a disaster into a masterpiece. Finally found a company that does what they say and is trustworthy.

We had an awful experience. Incomplete and poor work. DAmges to our home while they were 'restoring'. They basically abandoned the job after not being able to fix damages they had caused. Very poor communication from the owner and then an inflated estimate which they sent 6 months after not returning numerous calls. The owner was VERY misleading in what he said work would cost and then what was billed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

They were very helpful with our insurance claim but once they got the check they refused to come finish the job. They won't answer our numerous calls and texts.

They are very professional, clean, prompt, reasonable, and do very good work!
