On June 19, landscapers employed by Choyal Landscaping saw my vehicle parked in the rock and gravel area of my neighbors residence with her permission. It was parked there in the shade while a remodeling project was going on at my home. They purposely used their large commercial leaf blowers and did hundreds and hubdreds of dollars of damage to my beautiful RAV 4. When I discovered it later that afternoon I called the compsny and left messages. Finally on Monday afternoon Joe Louis, the supervisor on that job, told me the guys had indeed used the leaf blowers in that area and he and his employees saw my car but didn't think about the damage they were doing. I gave him the repair estimate and he told me not to worry about it. He admitted they were at fault and explained one of his two guys thst caused this damage was brand new to the job. Joe Louis assured me my car would be repaired and he took the estimate, folded it and put it in his pocket. Then he told me he would give it to his wife. I have heard nothing since that time.
When Joe Louis saw the damage to my car and told me he knew they had done this, I felt assured this would be taken care of and I felt the company was honest, and dependable. However, every day that I am not contacted by Choyal Landscaping LLC causes me to believe they are careless and undependable.
