1) I asked Chris Buffaloe for a copy of my home inspection report, but because my property manager had set it up, he refused to send me a copy even though I was the one had already paid for it.
2) In the inspection that he did of my house, he had everything repeated twice. I spent over an hour going through to sort out the duplicates. When I asked him to redo the .pdf, he refused saying that .
one was a more detailed description and the other a conclusion, which is BS because most of them were identical. So, basically it made it look like there were twice as many problems needing fixing at my home as there really were.
3) Today, several months after the inspection, I start getting phone calls from people asking for Chris Buffaloe. So, I went on-line and Googled Chris BUffaloe Construction and the first item in the list was on BuildZoom with my phone number listed next to it. When my property manager contacted him he came back at me with this reply: "Perhaps you should contact them, I'm sorry I can't help you with this."

I contacted Chris via telephone. He didn't answer and I left a message. He called me back in the matter of minutes. He was available the day I needed him. When we were at the house he walked me and my husband through the process of what he was going to do and what the report would include. At the end he told us some issues he found that we could fix. The next day the entire report was sent over via e-mail. I called him to ask a few questions on the report. He missed the call and returned it within 30 minutes. He helped with my questions. He was quick efficient and very professional.
