Terrible! Sent a contractor, his cousin Jared Mullis, who left the job incomplete, took an additional $550.00 to do ductwork and we haven’t seen them since. That was in July. Left the back of the furnace wide open to be unable to distribute air properly causing our utility bills to soar. Finally paid a competent HVAC guy to complete what I already paid for. Will be addressing in small claims court today, including utility bills.
