Chris did work in my custom home and I thought all was going well until about 4 months after I had moved in, the bedroom light was flickering, one outlet does not work, he promised he would be back to attatched a fixture outside, but when I sent him video, tried to call and text... no response.
My builder ran into him at a local restaurant and he made up some wacky story about loosing all of his contacts. He ( without contacting me) sent a man in a Honda Accord to my house as I was getting ready for work to fix my issues, I asked him to come back at 1:00, he never showed. Chris left a pathetic message to my builder saying " I don't know what this lady wants, I sent someone to her house to fix whatever she needed and her warranty is up. Have her hire some else to fix the problems " Mind you, this was about 8 MONTHS after both myself AND my builder tried to contact him that he pulled this on me. He's a scammer, a liar, and he should be ashamed of himself. He absolutely disgusts me. Maybe he treats men better. The guy is a joke. I wish I could attach his voicemail on here so that you all could hear it.
Any professional running a business schedules appointments with their customers before sending a technician over.....IN A HONDA. Not this guy. Good luck!ZERO STARS

Chris did a wonderful job on our home in Los Altos Hills. Can't thank you enough on all the New Led lighting they added!!! Looks awesome. Thanks again.

Chris Costello did a Great Job on our new home in Los Altos Hills. We interviewed 2 other Electrical Contractors and Chris had the best knowledge of all. He let us look over other Custom Homes in the area he was working on and had tons of references. The jobs his company were working on were Very clean and organized. He was early to every scheduled meeting we had. Thanks guys for a great job on our home and landscape lighting. Albert Collins- Director of Operations Microsoft USA.

Chris Costello did a GREAT Job on our new home in Los Altos Hills. We interviewed 2 other contractors and Chris was the most experienced. He let us walk through other Custom Homes in the area his company is currently doing the electrical work on and they looked great! Super clean and organized- What else could you want- Chris was early to every meeting we had and I really appreciate that- Thanks guys, Albert Collins. Director of Operations Microsoft USA.
