    Replace porch railings, security lights and outdoor outlets
    $3,000

    We hired Chris to install a new railing on our front porch, install outlets and security lights. He showed up quickly to provide an estimate. Some items were backordered, but he did install the railings and they’re nice. He demanded a check every time he showed up until he collected 90% of his fee. Then he stopped showing up. Tried to contact him, no response. We’re hiring someone else to finish the job. Beware of this contractor! He seems good at the start, but that quickly fades.

    This entire job was finished smoothly and efficiently even with the materials all being special order which took time. Your schedule for me shutting the power to change the outlets didn't work because you were working from home due to covid. I tried numerous times to finish the job but was told you were not home. I also offered to finish the job for free but was denied. I feel like this review is completely false and really leaves out some details. I'm sorry you had this experience and offered every way possible to resolve this but was denied the chance to make this right.
