He built an addition on my home, Also added a porch. He placed wood (instead of buying the proper brackets) in the cement porch to hold the roof supports causing the cement to crack and need replaced, he shingled the roof so poorly the shingles were sliding off the roof because the nails had gone through them. Didn't hit the nailing strips at all. The addition needed releveled and supported. The foundation on the little side porch was not ventilated properly causing the floor to rot. The list of horrors goes on and on.
