    Basement floor and walls

    The best. They replaced the poor-quality old basement floor of my historic row house, evening it out completely and lowering the high section. Parged the walls with historic lime mortar. The space is really transformed. Excellent work, on time, friendly and helpful. I am very impressed.

    If you are looking for a cheap slapped together job for your home, don’t call Chris Lord. He did quality work inside and outside of my home at the end of 2021 . His team was the best . Chris does quality work and had no problem doing add-ons that I requested as the job progressed. He may not be the cheapest around but he’s the best around !     At first his prices and friendly can do personality will entice you, but that's where it ends.
    During a large project that was performed at one of my properties it seemed as though one small problem after another arose with his scheduling or equipment or other commitments of his that arose.. More importantly many finishing projects associated with the job were never completed or substandard enough that I had to have most of it finished or re done by others. I would also like to add he only occasionally appears at your site leaving his workers to do jobs that should be performed by a more seasoned professional. This man lacks business & organizational skills that are necessary to become a top notch contractor.

    I've worked with multiple contractors in the Philadelphia area, and Chris and his crew are by far one of the best companies Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. He did a renovation on the front of my house which included dryvit, new concrete steps and pavement. He also did structural star bolts and a French drain in my basement. Would highly recommended to anyone looking for a contractor.

    The absolute worst contractor we ever had! Ruined our front steps and cut our railing the wrong way. Have to pay to have a new railing made. Called and emailed him a few times and no response. A true Creep!
