We asked for a bid for painting. When told that his bid was the highest and would not be accepted, this is his reply: "Good luck to you both. This is no way to try to get help on a project
from a contractor. You waste my time giving me false information and
then wonder why my quote is too much. Im sure if you told those other
contractors to paint all units entirely they would be more than what I
quoted. Ive been in business for 2 years and this is the frst time
ever I was told i was higher than another contractor. You can do a
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXty job and youll get XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXty tenants because of it. An investment
of this value you should take more pride in it and have a better
attitude about it than what you have. I work for a guy that owns 76
rental properties and weve dealt with druggies like your unit has had
in the past and its because they are run down ghetto apartments and
noone with pride or morals will rent from you if the units arent in
good shape. I will make sure to keep your info in my books for future
reference not to bid on anything further for you guys."

He installed 9 doors in our condo 6 months ago and know they are not closing properly .I called him said he was busy and will call me back ,never heard from him so I text him no reply . VERY BAD customer service ,never will use him again .
