    Chris is very trustworthy. Working with him is like working with family and supporting local business. Chris and his team did a quality job on our master bedroom, which included stucco on the exterior wall. We are very happy.

    Chris is an outstanding contractor. My wife and I had been planning for a few years a total redo of the exterior of our home, landscaping, and property walls on three sides, east, west and south. Nothing was taken away from or added to the property square footage wise, just a new updated look! Our southern exposure is on a golf course, along with views of Camelback Mountain. Chris and his team went above and beyond the call of duty in making our home one of the nicest in our neighborhood. We got comments everyday as neighbors walked or drove by admiring our "NEW" home. It was originally built in 1985. A large percentage of the homes in this area have been redone. More neighbors are saying, "now we have to get ours redone!" We have been in this home for nine going on ten years. To us, it is now literally a "NEW" home. The truth is, we have had family over since the job was completed and they didn't recognize or could find our home. That is the Gospel Truth! And, they had been here a hundred times! I was seeing them park like two homes away, getting out of their car and were looking for and saying where is their home? The quality of materials, craftmanship, experience really shows with Chris Sabia. He did some things I had not dreamed of having done and it looks beautiful! Besides all of the above, Chris is a gentleman, easy to talk with, and a pleasure to get to know. His employees are equally experienced and satisfying to have had on our property. I have a brother who was a contractor in Phoenix years ago. He could have used a few or more lessons from Chris Sabia! Our only regret was we did not contact Chris first for all of the work we had done! A different contractor was used for one phase of several we had done in total. We later found out Chris could have done that work as well, and for a better price! Bummer for us and Chris. That other contractor was a horses butt and took the money and ran! Oh well, that's life. You win some and lose some. Cheers to Mr. Sabia and his business and person. Good luck and best wishes for your future endeavors!
