I had a 48k remodel done and had very clearly had a build list that he cut corners on degraded the quality of windows and siding. Even the kitchen and bathroom were done very badly and not as I requested. He will not talk or discuss anything and just says "I have to go. It is an emergency." He was supposed to put hurricane braces on the studs, he did put in a brace, on only one the one that could be seen. I do not recommend this contractor to fix anything. I was ripped off and was done knowingly by Chris. But he did as any crooked contractor would do LIE and COVER UP!
