I wasn't able to get modifications to my home while building it. Now as I am redoing the home, I am finding sub par contracting. The roof was not done correctly, and now I have to rip off siding, tear down drywall, and replace sub floors because water leaked into my house. The cement walkway lasted all of 1 year because (as my cement contractor told me) the builder used trash to fill in instead of the proper materials. The driveway was never done correctly by the house. I could go on and on. If you're thinking of using this builder, make sure to check everything thoroughly as they're doing it.
