    $247,500

    Just bought an Underwood Home in June 2025 site unseen. Our realtor videoed the home and she Showed up for the home inspection. The home inspector said the home was built with quality unlike other builders he had seen. We had a few minor issues after closing and the builder sent someone our ASAP to fix the items. We love our home. And appreciate Chris Underwood and his crew

    Purchased new construction home

    My husband and I bought a brand new home in Feb 2025, there were issues getting final walk through touchups done prior to close. After close we discovered we did not receive our 1 year warranty and 10 year structural warranty as promised from underwood construction. The paperwork was not provided to us at closing, because the title agent forgot.we had a cabinet door not working the hinge was stripped, a faucet leaking all over the granite and corrosion appeared on the fixture itself a, wall we noticed had a unfinished bottom like a big hole between trim behind bathroom door and cracks from settling appeared . We could not get any repairs done. Finally the builder agreed to give us the paper to sign and send a contractor put to fix our issues. 6 weeks after close our driveway cracked all the way across he said he will not repair it. His contractor told me most likely the installers didn't repack the ground before applying the new cement driveway and that's why it shifted and cracked. I would not recommend Chris Underwood Construction poor quality of workmanship and quality control in finishing touches on the house mistakes with their closing agent and title company
