Before forming Chris Young Tree Service he spent years with larger San Diego landscape and tree service organizations. At 26 Chris was foreman of a large major San Diego tree service. Chris learned the profession by reading, watching and doing, enabling him to obtain certification as an arborist by the International Society of Arborculture and contractors license from the State of California.

    I've worked with a number of certified arborists over the years, and this guy is the best. We own apartment buildings, and need tree services at our properties or residence regularly. He charges fair prices, and does fantastic work. I would recommend Chris to anyone needing a good tree guy. I landed on this web page looking for Chris's phone number (I loaned his business card to a neighbor, and he hasn't given it back for a week or more. And we need more tree work). This guy is a one-man show; I watched his disassemble a huge pine tree over a two day span, and cart off the whole thing, down to every last twig, in his little pickup. Great work!
