Chris came out to diagnose problem with my IntellliTouch controller. He was able to reset the controller and get everything working quickly. He is obviously very familiar with the equipment and technology. If I had called someone who didn't specialize I might have been replacing all my equipment. I highly recommend this service.

These guys are amazing. Had a service call today and they went above and beyond for us. Explained things throughly, updated my pool app (unprompted) as it was suggested to add an additional feature to improve efficiency (heat faster) and save money/energy, ensured that before they left everything was working and in order. And if that wasn’t enough they level of approachability, openness and what felt like a genuine caring attitude was simply moving. Called the company and the guys I bought my pool from to convey my deep gratitude to have found folks that don’t simply get it but care about their product and customers! To put it simply they have achieved Rockstar Status in our eyes! Keep up the good work!!!

My pool guy recommended Chris and so I trusted him. According to the invoice, he made a service call but without telling me … and claimed some rats had caused damage, and he “recommended” a whole new heater (which would have cost thousands).
My pool guy and I were aware of the rats nest.
I got a second opinion from another company who said the rats had not damaged anything. All we needed were 3 parts … labor was less than an hour. And cost $170
Absolutely no new heater required. Why would Chris recommend that? The heater now works perfectly. And why would he not give me a heads up he was coming .. so if there was any damage, I could see it.
