Paid contractor $3,700 JUST FOR LABOR and he has worked for 3 hours doing plumbing to my toilet. This was agreed to be a restaurant remodel It will have to be PROFESSIONALLY done by someone else, as well as the rest of the building. He is now requiring to be paid $21,000 to finish a job he has only shown up to one time in a month! That is more than quadruple what we discussed for the job. Don't waste your time or money on shotty work!!
