This builder is terrible! I wish I could give zero stars.
I bought a townhome in Avenel Place that Christian Wahl built. I have a roof leak and contacted him. He lied and said he doesn’t have the business any more and blocked my number. I know it is a builder issue because I filed w/ my State Farm Insurance and was denied because the flashing wasn’t done properly.
There were leaks during the first year that the builder did come out to fix twice, but started leaking again. When the adjuster came out to look, it was a patch job by the builder. I’m now having to get an attorney on this guy which was advised by my real estate agent. I know several people that know him personally and are very disappointed in hearing this about him.
I’m a single female teacher, work hard to have what I have, and he has tried to take advantage. I will not stop until my roof is properly fixed.
