This man's employees showed up when they said they would to hopefully fix a circuit breaker problem. They didn't fix it that day (Oct. 18) but told me they would return the next day at noon to fix it. I waited all day & they never showed up, nor did they call. Tried several times to call and text Shawn but no response. I finally texted Chris this morning, asking if he could tell me when someone would come back. He texted back stating I would have to talk to Shawn & to have a great day. Understand, we waited for 3 months for the first guy we called to come back - he also would not respond. So I texted again, stating OK, and that I would have a better day if I could get someone to keep their word & not keep us waiting 3 months. The next minute he called and was so rude & disrespectful I still can't believe how he talked to me. He said that Shawn had an emergency & that's why he hadn't shown up. I told him I suspected that but he could have called. Chris said he didn't have time and that they were keeping their word and it's not their fault I've waited 3 months, that they are swamped and he is not going to receive texts from me all day and told me to feel free to call someone else. I was not rude to him. I am trying to give these people the benefit of the doubt. He WAS rude to me. How long does it take to give someone a call & say you can't make it. Maybe a minute. It is terribly disrespectful and rude to tell your customer you'll be there and then make them wait all day, only not to show up. This is NOT the way a responsible business owner operates and he deserves a bad review. It just shows how badly this world has deteriorated. I've had 3 businesses in my lifetime. The customer is always right and these people now days have NO idea how to professionally run a business; that is obvious! You should be ashamed of yourself Mr. Chris!
