Beware! We were referred to Chris by a friend a wish we had never met him. Our basement is 100% paid for and only 90% done. He showed up some days and didn't come at all others. Totally unreliable! End the end he just stopped coming! We just found out that the hose he ran for the dryer vent just went to the wall and he didn't put it through the wall! He put the cover on the outside so it looked like it was complete but it wasn't. Total fire hazard!! We have a 3 year old and a 1 year old and hate to think what could of happened if we didn't catch it! All in all unreliable, poor work and very untrust worthy!

Chris Jacobs moved our hot water heater. Due to some other work he left incomplete, we had a sprinkler specialist come in and while he was dropping our sprinklers felt a cool breeeze. HOT WATER HEATER VENT was not connected to the outside of the house causing Carbon Monoxide to pour into our house. We have two young children that are in danger due to Chris's subpar work ethic and cheating mentality. never hire him
