One of the worst people you would EVER encounter. Yes that is people and not contractor/builder/seller/anything. Just an extremely difficult human being to work with with a staunch "My way or the highway" attitude towards ideas, pricing, work, everything.
If you are considering buying a house from him/Jamesco, run in the opposite direction and do not look back and if you must do business with this individual, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING before hand or live to write reviews like this.
