    Renovating a guesthouse, Installing the shower though supposed to be tiled replacing flooring and la
    $20,000

    Christopher did a horrible job, he did renovations in a guest house of a client of mine
    .He left rotten wood instead of replacing it when we they bought the wood to replace it he said he be done in 3 weeks it was 3 months nothing is up to code laws or regulations. I would not recommend hiring this man as his work is wayless than quality. A child could do the kind of work he did.

    I don't know this person, nor is she a client of mine I've met her once and was told shes just the cleaning lady, and seams to think she knows what code is. considering everything was existing prior to my repairs, and said rotten wood couldn't be fully removed because it was a structure issue if removed, (guest house was a manufacturer Home that was cut in a 3rd and scrapped together. It really should be condemn. Also this homeowner was responsible for all materials. She also hired non licensed contractors and labors to preform work, And even this lady doesn't have a city or county license to clean homes which means she doesn't report her earnings to the IRS.
