Does terrible work. Subs out everything and when it's done crappy he will not fix it. This guy needs his license revoked. I was warned by the city about Chuck Dixon but I had already given him a down payment. Boy were they right.

Horrible experience. We ended up having to get a lawyer to fire him. We hired him to do major renovation work. He had two guys on staff and subbed out everything else. His guys were paid hourly and spent much of the day smoking cigarettes. We would not have passed framing inspection- no headers above doors. He also disregarded structural engineering plans we had drawn and chose to install smaller LVL’s to support our second story. We had to have someone come back through and reinforce. Overall- TERRIBLE experience. The worst part, when we fired him, he came in and turned cameras around that we had on-site. We have video of him walking up to the camera and turning it around. SAVE YOURSELF TIME- DO NOT HIRE HIM.
