After 1.5 years in a brand new home by Chuck, the drywall tape is showing all over the walls, the nails holding the drywall up are beginning to stick out, the paint is uneven and terrible all over, the floors in the 2nd-floor squeak, the vinyl floors are coming up in several spots due to uneven foundation, and the entire plot of land needs to be re-graded due to out of code original grade.
I would never recommend this builder to anyone. After I tried for an entire year to get this stuff fixed, I had to give up or take them to arbitration. I do not have the energy to battle them anymore and they have zero accountability. They blame it on the subcontractors, I did not hire the subcontractors, they did.
