I typically help homeowners after storms that cause collateral damage to their roof, gutters, and siding. This would normally constitute a storm that's over 60 mph wind gusts that stay steady for over a minute or hail storms that have at least one inch or hire diameter hail size. I also do restorations through insurance claims and consult homeowners and business owners on building plans and what can and can't be done according to building code. I'm continuing my certified education credits and have my pre exam qualifications met to take my North Carolina insurance adjuster exam. In the meantime I'm Contracting out work and helping people remodel and restore their homes. I like to keep everyone I subcontract to local to the homeowner or business owner and fit to their personality. I support local businesses and do not subcontract out of a 30 mi radius of the homeowner or business owner.
