Absolutely horrific experience with Cibilo Creek. All of the horror stories that you hear about contractors this company took the cake. The owner does nothing but lie about deadlines and completion timelines. They have been “Working” On my home for over six months and absolutely nothing has been done. He will blame everyone but himself for the company mistakes in which he’s made. He also has lost multiple crews for lack of payment. This is not something that I am making up the crew actually walked off site and let me know that they were not getting paid. Then he has the nerveTo say that he doesn’t take on projects of my size as if $100,000 project isn’t enough. He refuses to give a refund and I have now hire an attorney to go after all legal expenses. Manuel Canseco Cibilo Creek Building Company, LLC don’t Return calls or communicate in a timely manner. I strongly advise anyone to run.

All my fears of doing a major renovation came true after hiring Manny Canseco of Cibolo Creek Building Co (which isn't a legit business anymore. He stopped paying franchise taxes). Manny took $68,600 from me and left my house in shambles. He worked on the house for about a month and a half and then took off with my money and abandoned my project. He's been lying every step of the way since then - blaming subcontractors, blaming his ex business partner, blaming his mom for being sick in the hospital, promising to pay me back. I can't even describe how terrible it's been "working" with him.
So far I've found 11 other homeowners and subcontractors he has screwed.
