Joe is VERY unprofessional, not on time and lacks proper customer communication. I would NEVER hire him again to do any work that required any simple scheduling communication or professional service

Terrible. I hired Joe to do the plumbing install in my new house that I was building. Joe seemed like a nice guy and was recommended by ubuild it out of Selma tx. Well it's a year after we finished the house. Pipes froze up in the winter of 2022. And now in the summer of 2023. The cold water is coming out hot for a long time until the water in the pipes from the attic are flushed out with ew water coming in. No insulation on the pipes in the attic. We had a circulating pump that was on the plans to be put in. For the hot water. Doesn't work. In the winter it takes a good two minutes for it to get hot. When I questioned Joe about all the issues that need attention he just blew us off and said his guys where pros and didn't leave it that way. Well that's what I am dealing with. And I would not let Joe and his guys on any more of my properties nor recommend him for plumbing.
