Hurricane Michael hit Panama City Fl on OCT 10 2018. Cinergy was one of the contractors assigned by my insurance company and their management group, Alacrity. Cinergy was contracted to install 12 windows and 4 doors. 3 of the doors had side lights configured. Nov 2019 Cinergy came to measure for the install. 8 weeks later I called and they never arranged for the placement of the order. hey came out a second time, with a different crew, to measure. 6 weeks later, still no order made. Called them again and a 'Project Manager' came out,( the third such 'Manganger' assigned), measured again. We then met at the suppler to pick out the Doors and windows. ^ weeks later was called and told windows were in. Installation would be started in 2 weeks. Windows were delivered. NO DOORS. What??? Called Cinergy and was told by the PM "Your are going to be mad at me. The doors were never ordered." WHUUUUUTTTTTTTTTT??? Didnt end there. THe sub contractor must have been a "Learn on the job program" because they did not knoww what they were doing and their foreman was a ghost, absent all the time. The 'crew' did not take precautions to prevent the brick and sheet rock dust from filling the house. EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!! The crew tried to reuse the metal cap trim on the windows and it looked like the things were beaten with a hammer........wait they were. They were also instructed that another crew would be making the caps and installing. Ok fine at this point. Now the Doors finally are delivered, 4 weeks later. ALL WRONG SIZES AND CONFIGURATION!!!!!!!!!!! There is MUCH MUCH more on this nightmare but that should be enough to lay out the gist of it all. One year and 2 months to install 12 windows and 4 doors. AND I had ot hire another contractor to FIX and reinstall the doors.

My home was damaged by Hurricane Michael Oct. 2018. Cinergy was hired to make repairs inside and outside of home. I will keep my review short. I rate them zero. My windows, flooring, ceilings, walls (poor paint job), counter tops, and I even allowed upgrades at my expense. Would never hire them again. Don’t waste your time with this company.
