Circa Homes is more interested in the immediate customer (building new homes) than their warranty repairs. My new home still has unresolved problems with concrete deterioration in the garage for over 4 months. The initial walk through the new home required paint touch ups. this took over 3 months to be completed. The sprinker system is a joke, and is in capable of watering the whole front lawn. The rear sprinklers (a total of 3) cannot water anymore than 1/3 of the rear lawn. The side yard areas have no sprinklers. So if you want the lawn watered, be prepared to buy a hose and water it yourself. Unfortunately the lawn also was not leveled before a thin layer of sod was installed. Although Circa builds attractive looking homes, their warranty work scheduling needs serious attention.
