Will not respond to warranty request to fix separation in fence. We paid Cisco Fencing over $10,000. Now Cisco Fencing will not respond to our warranty request to fix a separation in the fence they installed. Numerous times we have called and emailed pictures over the past year. We have left numerous voice messages as well as emailed pictures to ********* *****. The last time I spoke to ********* ***** was months ago and he promised to come look at the problem and fix it. He never came out and he no longer answers our calls/emails. He put us off for over a year because he said he was not paid. We got the City of Richardson to assist in getting a copy of the cleared check from the bank. We emailed the copy to ********* *****. HE WAS PAID APPROPRIATELY. ********* stated that he believes that one of his employees took the check and cashed it illegally. His company theft is NOT OUR PROBLEM. We told him he could ask the payer's bank to refund him for cashing a check without proper ID. I have started calling everyday now and have yet to get Cisco Fencing to answer.
