It is with a heavy heart that I compose this review. I have proudly been a devoted client of City Cool for an impressive 23 years, consistently entrusting them with my business. Through the years, I have remained a steadfast supporter, frequently purchasing new AC and HVAC systems from their company. However, as circumstances led me to seek yet another HVAC system, my experience took an unfortunate turn.
In my pursuit of a more favorable rate, I approached the owner, Rojelio, only to be met with a sudden termination of our contract. To my surprise, he conveyed that my request meant I would no longer be considered for an HVAC system upgrade. Despite my long-standing relationship with him, and the fact that I have exclusively worked with City Cool, Rojelio displayed a disconcerting lack of concern for my predicament.
It's worth noting that I have referred a substantial number of clients—roughly 35—to City Cool, aiding in their growth and success. However, it appears that the company's origins and principles have faded into the background. This unfortunate incident reflects a departure from their earlier values and commitment to loyal patrons.
In my belief, when actions of this nature transpire, they warrant a return to challenges, providing an opportunity to rekindle an appreciation for steadfast customers. It is my sincere hope that City Cool rediscovers their dedication to their clients, ensuring a future marked by both prosperity and loyalty.
