    Build a deck and stairs
    $14,000

    Oleg is OK for installing kitchen cabinets. But don't give him any other job. He signed a contract to install a deck and two stairs for me. It soon became clear to me that this job was beyond his ability. He breached his contract and still owes me the excess money that I paid him. Definitely don't pay him in advance. He is also terrible with timing. You can never rely on him showing up at the time he says or completing a work on time. I strongly advise against contracting him.
