    Purchased condo

    We were pressured to close before our condo was finished completely. It's 8 months later and will still need to have repairs completed. The pool enclosure is is in disrepair. Not a single handicapped lift functions. The developer has sold all of our units and moved on. We need to beg for repairs. It's a very depressing situation. Just learned that somehow our unit was sold to us WITHOUT a certificate of occupancy.

    Our experience at Ambassador Gardens was very bad. We were pressed into closing on our condo before the common areas were finished. Half a year later, the pool is still not heated and stucco and paint is incomplete on building. Fire alarms go off, elevators get stuck, no follow up. Very disappointing.
