Worst home builder I’ve ever dealt with.
Purchased a new property that’s falling apart after only a couple of years.
Several leaks, cracked stucco, cheap appliances etc.
Buyer Beware with CitySide Homes; do not buy a house from them!

The worst and most untrustworthy builder. Our expensive house began to leak all over the place within two years of being built. They cut corners with windows and cheap appliances. We've had to spend over 7K on repairing roof leaks within four years and are about to drop close to 10K on replacing all of the windows. We contacted them but was poo-pooed by them because they claimed it was after the warranty period and the house began falling apart only after 2 years after it was built. DO NOT buy a house built by this scammer of business
