    I had several alarms beeping in the house. I called Citywide Plumbing and the staff of this plumbing contractor was super helpful. It turned out it was the carbon monoxide alarm. They plumber walked us through precisely what we were supposed to do. The staff is really friendly and we will hire this residential plumber again in the future.

    We called Citywide Plumbing because of having no heating or hot water. Not ideal with a new born baby. A plumber came within an hour and quickly diagnosed an electrical issue with the heating system that had been caused by a leak. After quick leak detection, he performed the required repair work and suggested water heater replacement. He was very polite, friendly and punctual. Citywide Plumbing is a highly recommended residential plumber.

    The plumbing specialist for leak detection from Citywide Plumbing did an excellent job. Thanks for helping to resolve the water leakage issue from our upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. He provided initial diagnosis plus continued to keep us informed as the work progressed. He communicated the information very clearly and kept us informed of what could be expected as the work progressed. Overall, the entire process by the plumber was handled professionally. I would highly recommend this plumbing contractor.

    I spent most of the weekend trying to unclog the bathroom tub. Used different drain cleaners, bought a snake and enlisted the handyman to no avail. Finally gave up and called Citywide Plumbing. Shortly after, a technician came and exorcised the clog. He was friendly, efficient and even cleaned up after himself. Very grateful!

    Great service! I had a plumbing issue and they came within about an hour of calling. They even called me with an updated time in advance. They guys walked through everything with me and solved the problem. Everyone was amazingly helpful and they were very upfront with expected costs, nothing hidden or thrown in at the last minute. I’ll probably be using their services again!
