By Jeff S.February 5, 2019Flooring, Opening a wall, drywall work.$15,000Response from CJ & J Construction February 6, 2019Jeff, We want to apologize about your experience with our company. We do not in any way leave work like this. We went back and repaired everything this customer is showing. Not to mention the customer did not want to pay for many of the leveling services to fix their sub floors so we tried everything in our power to help the customer save money. We wish you nothing but the best in your future home. And again we are sorry you did not have the experience all our other customers clearly show in our other reviews.

The only way to describe their work is embarrassing... well, god-awful would be another. They put down 1000sf of tile floor in my home and when it didn't turn out well (because apparently they didn't use spacers, leveling tabs, or level the floor) they tried to blame defective tile, and are telling us that we requested they not do so as a cost savings, and outright lie. This conversation never took place as we would have gladly provided anything they needed. They didn't request tile mastic or grout, so we assumed (foolishly) they would furnish the rest of the supplies needed to PROPERLY install tile. They did not. They also never pulled permits for electrical wiring...
They also suggested on another review site that they fixed the issues in the attached photos. This is another falsehood. Photos with a newspaper in the frame for a date coming soon.
Run away like your life depends on it, because even if it doesn't, your home improvement budget does, as you will have to pay someone else to fix the problems as we did. They actually told us there was nothing more they would do because we "expect perfection." See the photos: https://photos.app.goo.gl/xUPGJwTgBU79q71bA
