By Dasheen R.July 21, 2019Central Air$75
This company is the worst. They came out from the Choice warranty for my central air and stated they have to order a part to stop a leak and soon as the part come the repair will be done, only to find out the contractor told the warranty company the system is not covered, took my $75 and lied. So petty for $75.

December 28, 2018Fix a refrigerator$100
Terrible company. They came to fix our Refrigerator through a home warranty company and destroyed the refrigerator. The person they sent was completely unprofessional and incompetant. The home warranty sent Sears repair after CJA left and they told us he literally ripped the ice maker out of our fridge rendering the refrigerator unrepairable. The home warranty paid us a fraction of what the refrigerator cost to replace and told us we would have to get the remaining money from CJA since they were at fault. The owner of CJA assured us he was insured and would pay, that was three months ago and he continues to avoid our calls. I assume he is not insured as any reputable insurance company would have settled with us already. We are currently in the process of suing CJA. Stay away from this company!

Working with this company (most likely a self employed man) has been the worst experience of my life. Their tech "Jason" has been an absolute nightmare. He's been dishonest from day one with my wife and I and has been dodging the work for almost a week and a half now. We had to call the warranty company and get him removed from the job and file a formal complaint. The approval from our warranty company came in on 8/12 and it's now 8/21 and he's been pushing the work off one day at a time to the next day while it's 87 degrees in my house daily because the issue is still not resolved. He keeps saying "I'm coming out there" and then just doesn't show up. My wife caught him in a lie early on when he claimed he visited our property when we were not there (he began talking rapidly in confusion attempting to remembers his lies) but he never showed up. He claimed we needed another part and that, yet again, he had to come out a different day. He never checked in to tell the warranty company anything he told us. He then began dodging my calls as he most likely saved my number, when I called back from a different number he answered the call extremely rude as he's done several times now until he realizes it's a customer and then changes his tone immediately. He then began talking quickly and acted like I caught him at a bad time. He then said "Im coming out there today" and hung the phone up on me. And you guessed it, he never showed up. How is this man still in business? Im typing this in hope to save someone else the headache this guy has caused us. He has zero obligation to serve his customers and serve them well or even on a basic level.
