He did give me a completion date then he changed that completion date three other times to which we then just quick asking as to when it was going to be done as we were tired of the excuses. We gave him money on June 26th, 2022 and he just today completed the project, mind you the other completion date was September 17th, 2022. He actually started the billing cycle of the project before he was done, as I said earlier he just finished today (6/22/23) but sent the final invoice out before work was completed on April 24th, then proceeds to say that if the remainder of the bill isn't paid tomorrow by 4 it will then go into collections. We also have had his subcontractors that he hired come to the house and collect money as he wasn't paying him, and come to find out he doesn't have any plans on paying the electrical bill as he says that they owe him for the mess ups that they did... but then turns around and gives us a change order for a bill that he said went over the budget estimate, to which we paid. Bottom line make sure that you call all subcontractors to verify that they have been paid in full, before paying final invoice. Long and short of it lots of excuses, shotty work, showed up 3 times and worked more than 4 hours during the entire project, and usually the 3-4 hours were the week totals.
NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
