If I could make it less than one star I would. I've been building homes for 35 years and the foundation that CJC just did was terrible. On a 9 ft. wall at one point it's 3/4 inches out of plumb. The walls aren't square, plumb, or level. While framing the basement we found that they left out about 4 ft. of a footing that was necessary for what it was supporting. I called Randall Jones and told him about it and he said that they don't cut cement but agreed to pour the rest of the footing when I had cut and prepped the area. I have it ready, but 4 phone calls later, Randall won't answer his phone or return my calls.
