Top notch Professionals! CJM kept everything on track and were great to work with.

Do not hire CJM or any of their affiliates. The negative reviews are spot on. This company is corrupt. They will take your money and disappear with no explanation. After paying Nancy Dwyer, the architect, a deposit, she stopped responding to our messages and queries over 10 months, and we have resorted to legal action in order to seek reimbursement. The unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of this person costs us 2 years and many thousands of dollars.

They are liars and cheats. Avoid.

I hired chris to do all the exterior of my house. All new siding, soffit, trim work, and fascia. Was over 40k. From the first day on the job it was a disaster. He over ordered material that I was paying for that I could not return. When I questioned him it was don’t worry I will pay for it, yea that never happened, then the soffits were installed wrong so they are all buckled, tells me guys will be there next week, that was 6 months ago. Multiple text and calls with empty promises, the overall job took twice as long as he said. I would not recommend!! Next step is I’m hiring someone to fix and taking to small claims court. What a disaster!

We bgt a new house built by CJM Carpentry. Chris and his crew were always responsive and fixed issues which will occur with all new constructions. Chris Meyer is professional, responsive, honest and cares about the quality of his work.

CJM Carpentry has gone above and beyond on every house build I have done. I have completed several projects with CJM and each has been completed timely and without incident. I have recommended this contractor repeatedly and for each job they have taken, I have received positive feedback.

After reviewing the low review rating on this forum, I can not believe that it was not handled effectively. Usually people who leave 1 stars have ulterior motives. I am happy to be a reference for CJM carpentry and to show work they have completed.

Do not hire these people. You will be sorry. Shoddy. Unprofessional. Not timely, cheap work. Not up to standard that I hold for a fine home.

This contractor was extremely unprofessional, unreliable and horrendous at communicating. I would NOT recommend them. They demolished our floor and then kept coming up with excuses as to why they could not finish the job- then completely stopped communicating with us. After months of living in a construction zone, we had to hire a new contractor and pay them to complete the job. Save yourself the headache and money and DO NOT use them.

This company was so easy to deal with. Always returned phone calls with any questions/concerns. Work was finished within 2 weeks. Thank you!! I would definitely recommend.
