I used CK Oliver Construction for several home improvement jobs when I purchased a home built in 1955 and was in desperate need of some TLC. He and his crew were always on time, provided accurate and competetive quotes, did the job right the first time, and gave good attention to clean-up after the jobs were completed, which in my experience is not always big on other contractor's list. Most others would rather get the paid work done then move right on to the next contract without attention to the mess left behind. Christian is easy to deal with, and is knowledgeable in his field. I would use him again without hesitation and would recommend them for home improvement jobs small and large.
