Meticulous, highly skilled and a relentless worker, Clinton Allen sized up my situation, saw the solution, and within a short period of time reworked a significant mistake made with the construction of my home. I was 100% satisfied with both the cost and the work. I highly recommend C. Allen Concrete for any project you may have in mind.

Had a patio that someone misjudged initially; ended up sloping toward the house and every rain threatened to come in via a door which was then below grade. After many frustrating attempts to get anyone to return a call let alone come to bid in it, Home Advisor steered me to C. Allen Concrete.

Clinton called within a day and came out two days later. He quickly sized up the job, knew immediately what needed to be done and as I waited offered a very reasonable quote. I greenlit it and not very long after he was at it mercilessly with the jackhammer, and in a lengthy day had the entire slab blown out. I was astounded, especially considering there was unexpected rebar within. Working around two loadbearing posts with an 80-pound hammer was to me intimidating, but Clinton handled it like a sculptor.

Soon the rubble was gone. Clinton cleared and meticulously graded the area, then set the forms. A week later was the pour, it was amazingly well choreographed by Clinton and executed by his topnotch crew. The result was amazing, reshaped slightly to a more aesthetically pleasing design, and now graded properly. When completed, the final product easily exceeded my expectations, the water just flows away from the house and I no longer need fear a downpour. The patio looks great, matches the remaining walkways perfectly and the adjacent areas were smoothed and blended. Rare to find anyone who leaves a jobsite better then when they found it. Not a trace of debris.

Easy to work with, experienced and skilled (and personally dedicated to the project), Clinton has a great eye for detail and carried out the job to a high standard indeed.
