    coat basement floor

    Well this review is a long time in coming. Chris Balmer (Altered Surfaces) transformed our basement floor about two (2) years ago. Two years later my wife and I are still quite pleased with our floor,. Actually the floor looks today like it did when it was first put down and that's with Grandchildren using it pretty hard. Recently we had Hurricane Ida, and got some water in the basement, we cleaned up the water and the floor looks great . Chris thanks again for a job well done.
    I should mention here that when Chris first came over to York county to give us a quote my wife and I picked a stain. When Chris put it down we didn't like the color, each piece of concrete takes stain differently. We went back to Chris explained what we didn't like, he made some additional suggestions and we went to a solid color. Chris was very easy to work with and we felt he was very fair with price. And again as far as Quality of work, the floor two years later speaks for itself.
    He doesn't know it yet but we are tossing the idea around about doing the garage floor so he may be getting another call.
