We had a horrible experience with this company. Communication was horrible. He was told he could put appliances on my mother's Lowe's account and then charged everything possible to her account that was already accounted for in the contract. Then well before the work was complete and after he failed on multiple occasions to order materials that we had gone to pick out with him, he informed us that we were somehow over budget. He continues to ignore our request for documentation of this claim. He refuses to provide us with any receipts from purchases he made. He tried to intimidate us by telling us his legal team would be in touch with us. However we can get no one to respond to us. We understand that his license has since been revoked and we are not the only ones that he has treated this way. We hope that he has some sense of remorse and we hope that others become aware of the danger of working with this company. We have saved all the documentation to prove how he falsified his contract.
