Purchased our home August 2020 and had problems with the house all the way up till August 2021. Our jacuzzi tub was never hooked up to the electric, their was a light switch that went to nothing, all of the sinks had loose pipe connections that allowed water to overflow under the sinks, the flooring downstairs had beads underneath that pushed through and had to be replaced (2 times), the smoke detectors were not connected to the electric as they were supposed to be, the HVAC system would blow like a tornado in closets but not bedrooms and one bedroom wasn't getting any air so they had to cut a hole in the ceiling and required 3 service calls, the outside HVAC system broke and needed a new part, all of the screens in the house were ripped and left downstairs under the stairs, the back deck had no lag screws connecting the deck to the house so the only thing holding them was nails, the tile in the bathroom was cracking and needed to be fixed. To me it seemed like the builder had workers that did a sloppy job and he didn't check on any of their work, if you are looking for a builder who takes pride in his work keep looking or you will have problems like I did from day one. I'm just hoping that my problems are now over but I can't stress enough get a builder who does a great job not one who is just trying to do it quick and make money. This is only my opinion and hope it helps.
