I had a very bad experience with Mr. Clarence Cook. I sold him a 1991 Cadillac in 2006. Long story short; being a trusting person, I lost $1,050.00, because Mr. Cook appeared to have disappeared. I searched the web and found that his license expired 2015-08-31, REVOKED. I hope this is the end for this very dishonest person.

On May 24, 2006 Mr. Clarence Cook came by my home on Trailridge Road, in Johnson Village subdivision in Charlottesville Virginia, to enquire about a 1991 Cadillac I had for sale. Mr. Cook wanted the car badly, but did not have the $2,000.00 to pay in full. My big mistake was agreeing to accept $500.00 on June 9, 2006 and allow him to payoff the balance monthly at $150.00. He made the following payments; on September 2006, $300.00, April 2007, $150.00. As of today January 18, 2016, I still have his unpaid invoice of $1,050.00. I had searched the web several time during the past eight years, but found nothing on Mr. Cook until yesterday. I just want Mr. Cook to know that trusting people who have been lied to, will have their day, even if it takes a decade. The public needs to know, THIS IS A VERY BAD MAN!

I had agreed to pay Mr. Cook $2,400 for roof work and additional jobs at my recently deceased brother's house in Charlottesville. Work was never performed and he is ignoring requests to return my money.

Mr. Cook came to my house wanting to install new gutters at my home.
On first contact a very personable person. He came buy my house with a Contract. I paid him half of the fee he requested to start the project.
This was on September 1st 2014 (Labor Day), as of today 9-23-2014 he has not returned my calls nor replaced my gutters. I went to Court and obtained warrants for him this past Thursday 9-18-14.
I would not use him nor TRUST HIM !!!

Very bad experience. We trusted this man to come paint/power wash and fix some outside boards. Wanted 2,500 down to start gave him the money and only seen him 1x. He has caused me to loose all my trust in people. Comes off very nice and acts as if he knows his stuff. DO NOT HIRE HE IS A SCAM! This was our first ever paint job on our 1st home using our hard earned money we work hard for.
