I have filed a formal complaint with CSLB against Clarity Construction - Hesperia, CA.
I had a budget of $89,000, Clarity Construction has received $72,000+ and the project is not even half way complete. This renovation by VA guidelines was supposed to take three months. I am going on well over a year with no end in sight. Steve Robinson has stopped responding to my text messages and calls. The entire property is in dismay, and I'm losing hundreds of dollars a day with hundreds of gallons of water draining from my pool and bathroom leaks, no insulation etc. I am unable to refinance my home until the renovation is complete and has been inspected. So many issues and not enough room to let you know. If you want your project to take two years to complete or never be completed, and more than 3/4 of your money taken then Clarity Construction is who you should hire.
