Their ads look great, but they do not do a serious supervision over their subcontractors who are often rushed and are very careless. Upon moving in to a brand new home, I found countless problems that the contractor argued with me about, then, finally corrected. But after nearly a year, there are many outstanding issues they have not addressed.

"Epcon Community and Clarify Construction engaged in deceptive business practices, resulting in a significant financial loss. Initially, the office manager promised to work with us on purchasing a home, but later claimed it wasn't his job, directing us to a high-pressure sales executive. Despite agreeing to our self-representation, the contract included another realtor. After withdrawing from the cotract, because of the sales executive coerciveness and failure to have a meeting of the minds on the floor plan, lot and finishes. the team claimed they would keep the $52,000 deposit, but later stated it was up to the builder. The builder initially agreed to retain only a portion, but ultimately kept the entire amount without justification.
This experience highlights a lack of transparency and accountability within the company, leaving us feeling scammed and financially harmed."
