I hired [email protected] in May 2023 to complete some electrical work, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Johnson gave me project completion date of June 2023, making house inhabitable in July. Johnson started the work and kept collecting the payments. On June 5th 2023, without my knowledge, Clarity Electric LLC posted a photo of my house on Facebook with the following comment "Exciting news – we've just had a brand new electrical service installed at our home! Thanks to the amazing team at Clarity Electric, everything was installed seamlessly and the results are truly impressive. With this new service, we can now enjoy reliable and efficient power throughout our home, making it safer and more comfortable to live in. Huge shoutout to Clarity Electric for going above Continued on next Page and beyond to make this happen!" To this day in September, we are still without power as all the wires are still hanging in the basement and have not even made it to the new panel that Johnson claims to have installed. My bathroom still needs connection for vanity lights, exhaust fan, switches and outlets. Laundry room still needs wiring. Despite claiming to have finished the job, it became evident later that the work was incomplete and not up to standard. What's worse, Johnson took all the payment upfront. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. Despite my several requests and attempts asking Johnson to return to complete the job, Johnson promised me the dates and duration to complete the job, but he had a no show for most. Initial completion date provided by Johnson was June 2023, still no power for us to move in the house

Resorting to submitting unjustified reviews that could harm my company would reflect negatively on your own character. Let's maintain professionalism in our interactions. Johnson Brown at Clarity electric did a great job for me on my electrical additions. He replied promptly here via Buildzoom and came out to walk through my home to gather requirements. He submitted a written estimate to be promptly. He was a good listener, asked good questions, and had excellent suggestions as to how to best meet my needs.
When he had a small delay in the start date due to an outside emergency he let me know ahead of time and we scheduled a follow-up date which was met. I do not fault him for this at all, rather I think it does credit to his professionalism. In life, things happen and go wrong. It is how we react to them that is most important and in this regard Johnson did a great job.
The day of the work, he showed up on time, reviewed the work to be done with me, and got down to it. It was all taken care of exactly as I wanted and he did an excellent job. He was careful with the drywall cuts for the new electrical boxes so as to not show anything after the faceplates were installed.
I've rated him 5 stars, would use him again and would recommend him to a friend or family member.
